After going through a difficult time, I decided it was time to move on and so I went to the studio with the notion of making a work that expressed far more positive thoughts…thoughts that would bring me joy and laughter. Singing, Dancing and Taking Time to Reflect was the result of that effort. All in all, a fine form of medicine.
